What is your return policy?
We will gladly replace merchandise damaged in shipment. If the item is discontinued or currently not available, we will issue you a refund. Note: All orders must be inspected and all claims for damages must be made within 48 hours after receipt of shipment. Otherwise all sales are final.

I have sent in a return but have not received a credit yet, why?
Returns are processed within 7-10 business days from when we receive your authorized return and should then be posted to your account according to your institution policies.

Is your checkout secure?
Our website uses "secure socket layer" SSL for a secure checkout. We also use very secure measures to prevent the loss and misuse of all the information we gather from you, and as always we value the decision of shopping thru our website.

How do I track my order?
To track an order, please log into your online account and go to your order history. Find the order you are looking to track and click for details. If your order is listed as "processed", it has been sent to our warehouse and shipment has been processed. If available, a UPS tracking number will be posted in the comments of your order. If your need by date is approaching and your tracking number is not displayed, it may be taking awhile for our fulfillment server to receive the tracking information. In that case, please email us and we can manually look it up for you.

Do you charge sales tax?
We only charge 5% sales tax for orders being shipped in the state of Virginia.

Do you have a retail store?
We have an online web store. We do not have a physical retail store.

When will I receive a tracking order for my shipment?
As soon as your order is ready to ship, you will receive an e-mail with the tracking number that will allow you to check on the status of your order.

How long it takes for the shipping process?
Items that are in stock usually ship within the next business day. If items are on back order, you will receive a notification by e-mail and your credit card will not be charged

What is Best Occasions Favors shipping method?
 
Our company uses FedEx or UPS Ground for shipping within the United States.  If you need more rapid delivery, we can ship 2nd day air or overnight to most destinations.  There is an additional cost to ship 2nd day air or overnight. Please call us for more information.

Where do you ship?
At this time, our shipments are limited to the 48 contiguous US States

What are the payments options?
Payments can be made by credit card through our secure online system. You can also pay with "Paypal" or by money order to P.O. Box 9352 Norfolk VA 23505.

Is there a minimum quantity purchase required?
Yes. The minimum quantity on some order is 24. No minimum required for Specialty Gifts or some other products

What if am having problems checking out?
If you are having problems checking out, please contact us via e-mail and we would do our best to assist you with the transaction. We may need to call you to take your order over the phone if you are still experiencing problems.

What is a coupon code?
At times we offer special discounts for new or our regular customers via emails, newsletters or other websites to reward them for their continuing business. Such discounts are in form of a coupon code that can be redeemed at checkout. Only one coupon code may be used per order (coupons cannot be stacked) and they must be used either online or over the phone at the time the order is placed. Coupons cannot be redeemed after the your order is finalized or already submitted.

How do I use a coupon code? Towards the end of your checkout process their will be an optional place for you to enter a coupon code. Simply enter your coupon code and click "Continue". If it is a valid coupon code, the discount will be applied to your order total before you complete the order.
